PASSING OF WARRNAMBOOL PREMIER SPEEDWAY IDENTITY CHARLIE BURLEY

Victorian and Australian Speedway has lost one of its most likeable and popular identities with the passing of former track commentator at Warrnambool’s Premier Speedway, Charlie Burley.

Premier Speedway, Warrnambool issued the following statement:

The board and management, on behalf of all members, extend their sincere condolences to Jean and the entire Burley family following the passing of Charlie Burley.

Charlie was a founding and life member of Premier Speedway and he dedicated many years of service to the club.

We will forever be grateful for his dedication and commitment to Premier Speedway.
