POLAND’S KACPER GRZELAK TO RACE IN CRUMP CLASSIC
Twenty-one-year-old Polish speedster, Kacper Grzelak is the latest name who will contest the 2024 GT Onsite Windscreens Phil Crump Solo Classic proudly presented by Karym Cleaning on Sunday December 29 at Olympic Park Speedway Mildura.
The 2024 Phil Crump Solo Classic will feature a stellar field of 500cc international solos stars representing, Australia, Denmark, America, Poland, Czech Republic and Great Britain.
Kacper Grzelak, who commenced his speedway career in 2017, is a graduate of TŻ Ostrovia, having ridden for his parent club, Motor Lublin, PSŻ-et Poznań and Örnarna Speedway in Sweden.
In 2023, Kacper was a part of the all-conquering Platinum Motor Lublin team which won the Polish Championship.
“It’s all coming together and Kacper is another great get to add to the classic field,” Added MMCC solo co-ordinator Ryan Sedgmen
“To have six countries represented is pretty cool we haven’t had that in Mildura for a very long time. We should witness some world class speedway.”
Meanwhile, the event’s most recent addition, Poland’s Kacper Grzelak, says he’s thrilled to be taking part.
“I’m honoured to get the chance to race against the best Australian riders and all the other boys that are flying in for the event. For me this will be a new experience and an opportunity to further develop as a rider and I can’t wait for last week of December.”
Grzenak will also ride at the International Speedway Masters event at Gillman the day before the Crump Classic again special mention to David Tapp for his assistance in requiring Grzelak’s services.
