AUSTRALIAN 360-LS SPRINTCAR CHAMPIONSHIP FOR AVALON IN 2027

Avalon Raceway is excited to announce that the Australian 360-LS Sprintcar Championship will be held at the Lara venue from April 1-3, 2027.

Backed by the fantastic support of C&H Trucking and Dirt X Industries, the championship is expected to attract a strong field of competitors from across the country for what promises to be one of the biggest 360-LS Sprintcar events seen at Avalon.

Avalon Raceway Speedway Operations Manager David Mills said the venue was privileged to secure another national championship event.

“As is the case for the Formula 500 Australian Championship, we are privileged to have the 360-LS Sprintcar Australian Championship at Avalon Raceway come April 2027 and we are even luckier to have the support of C&H Trucking and Dirt X Industries for what promises to be a huge weekend of 360-LS Sprintcar racing.”

Mills also confirmed that AMCA Nationals will support Night One on Friday, while Super Sedans will join the program for Championship Night on Saturday.

With a practice night and Calcutta on Thursday, plus the event falling during the Victorian school holiday period, Avalon Raceway is set to be a destination for racers and fans alike.

Event Schedule:

• Thursday April 1 – Practice & Calcutta

• Friday April 2 – Night One + AMCA Nationals

• Saturday April 3 – Australian Championship Final + Super Sedans
