ATKINS JOINS IAN BOETTCHER RACE PARTS
Ian Boettcher Race Parts are delighted to announce their newest team member, namely the talented Brock Atkins.
After recently being on the hunt for a new addition to their team, Ian Boettcher Race Parts are happy to have narrowed down their search with the confirmation of the appointment of Atkins, who is not only a talented speedway sedan racer with two National Titles to his name in both Junior Sedans and Modified Sedans, but one of the rising talents behind the scenes with the technical side of the sport, in particular with shock absorber technology.
“Brock brings so much to the Ian Boettcher Race Parts table it’s not funny, and we are all looking forward to him getting started and being able work with us in his role as a sales and technical advisor,” expressed Ian Boettcher Race Parts manager Nathan Knight.
“Over the past 18 months, we have been working closely with Brock, as he had bought one of our latest Dominator built Super Sedans, and we’ve got to know one another, so when we went on the hunt for a new team member, Brock was the logical choice, as he not only knows a lot from a driver’s perspective, but he has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of a race car.”
Knight continued by saying that the addition of Atkins is going to benefit not only the Ian Boettcher Race Parts customers but the entire team.
“I have no doubt that Brock will help take the customer experience to a whole new level,” enthused Knight.
“Apart from helping our already strong team, Brock is going to be working closely with Brenton Knight on the technical aspects behind the scenes, including one of his biggest strengths in shock absorber development, and it’s certainly an exciting time for everyone involved with Ian Boettcher Race Parts and Dominator Race Cars.”
As one would expect, Brock is equally enthusiastic about being a part of the Ian Boettcher Race Parts team.
“I’m really excited to have this opportunity with such a professional company in the motorsports industry,” said the 26-year-old.
“I’ve looked up to the guys at Ian Boettcher Race Parts for many years, as they are the bench mark when it comes to speedway sedans, and I’m very grateful for this opportunity to join their team and being able to advance my motorsport career.”
Atkins will be working remotely with Ian Boettcher Race Parts from his base in Hamilton, Victoria, where he will continue to run his growing Elite Shock Services business, which he can still be contacted on at 0488 510 985.
