The driver of the Krikke Motorsport W2, Dayne Kingshott, claimed his third successive Scardifields Smash Repairs King of Wings at the Perth Motorplex on Saturday night, November 15, from Australian Champion James McFadden and Callum Williamson.

Kingshott held off a late lunge from McFadden on the last lap, with the margin to determine the winner of round three of the 2025-26 Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series being 0.010 of a second.
After the race Kingshott admitted he thought McFadden got the win and it wasn’t until he parked the car that he realised he had won it.
And this was on top of clipping the back straight concrete fence with only a lap and a half to go in the 40-lap final that was punctuated by an infield pitstop on lap 15.
The result was also Kingshott’s second win in three outings this season, with his other result being a fifth.

He was second quickest in his qualifying group and then took a third in both his heat race and the A Dash to start from p5 in the final.
McFadden started from pole in the final after being third quickest in his group, then taking a win in his heat race and the Revolution Racegear A Dash.
Williamson also started on the front row after being third quickest in his qualifying group and then taking wins in his heat race and the Revolution Racegear B Dash.
The race had gone one lap before Matt Cross spun and was sent to the rear.
A few laps later, Kodi Clayden and Ryan Newton both headed to the work area for repairs on the back of another caution.
When the pitstop was called, Kerry Madsen was leading from Ryan Lancaster, Kingshott, McFadden and Jy Corbett.
Jason Kendrick was the primary cause of an incident with 26 laps remaining, spinning and seeing him go to the work area for repairs, along with a couple of other cars.
Lancaster’s good run came to an end shortly afterwards, hitting the fence on the main straight, while Kaiden Manders was also out, breaking a right rear tyre.
Matthew Cross, who crashed hard at the last show, did the same thing again shortly afterwards, ending his night.
Newton, who had to go to the work area early in the race to replace a buckled right rear tyre, was fourth, while Madsen held on for fifth.
Corbett, Daniel Harding, Taylor Milling, Luke Oldfield and Brad Maiolo rounded out the top 10.
The next event, round 4, will be the Jolly Good Electrics, WA Sprintcar Title, at the Perth Motorplex on Saturday, December 6.
This will be followed a week later with the first of the country rounds, at Albany Speedway, on Saturday, December 13.
